At Hatfetti, each hat and accessory is designed with care, craftsmanship, and sustainable materials. We want you to love your Hatfetti as much as we loved making it. If for any reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging (including hat jewelry and trims).

Exclusions: Customized, embroidered, or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size, style, or color (subject to availability).
Process

Email us at info@hatfetti.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. orders only).

Once received, your return will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
International Orders

At this time, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Hatfetti arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right immediately.
Final Sale Items
