WEAR LONG: toggle bar first, string the jewelry up through the bottom of the hat's grommet hole, and wrap around the crown. Pull the toggle bar down through the second grommet hole, and attach toggle to the charm side of the stand. Drapes low like a necklace!
WEAR SHORT: open the spring ring to detach the charm bracelet segment, and re-insert strand's toggle bar into the open ring. Secures hat from wind!
WEAR BRACELET: open the spring ring to remove the bracelet segment, and clasp it closed around wrist.
